Our Angus beef brisket, smoked Texas-style over mesquite wood, is over-the-top scrumptious! We’re mighty proud of our pork baby back ribs – meaty and so tender they melt in your mouth. No lie! No searchin’ for the meat on these babies! Our plump, juicy smoked sausage is pretty high on the awesome scale too bein’ from outside the Texas Hill Country! We don’t drown our meat in barbecue sauce. We’ll let you do that! Our house-blend “Kick-Ass” barbecue sauce is absolutely addictive! And what’s an American barbecue experience without those yummy homemade Southern side dishes? Yep, we got ‘em!
