Our hickory and mesquite wood are imported from the U.S. Our Angus beef brisket, smoked Texas-style over mesquite wood, is over-the-top scrumptious! We’re mighty proud of our pork baby back ribs – meaty and so tender they melt in your mouth. No lie! No searchin’ for the meat on these babies! Our plump, juicy smoked sausage is pretty high on the awesome scale too bein’ from outside the Texas Hill Country! We don’t drown our meat in barbecue sauce. We’ll let you do that! Our house-blend “Kick-Ass” barbecue sauce is absolutely addictive!
And what’s an American barbecue experience without those yummy Southern side dishes? Yep, we got ‘em! All homemade too! We got yer traditional Creamy Coleslaw, Texas Ranch-Style Beans, Mac and Cheese, Louisiana Vegetable Filé Gumbo, Jalapeno Cornbread – all family recipes from Diana’s Aunt Cloda Mae from Wiley, Texas.
Hope you leave room for dessert…Yep, all homemade too! Our creamy, luscious, Cheesecake is the talk of Paris. No lie! Our Southern Pecan Pie is so popular, we can’t make enough of ‘em! Peach Cobbler a la mode? Well, you’ll never go back to the French tart! Our warm Chocolate Fudge Brownies topped with vanilla ice cream and walnuts will put you on the “sinners list”!
Some other little surprises on our menu…Old–Fashioned Milkshakes (we make our own fountain syrup), Coke and Root Beer Floats, “loaded” Baked Potatoes, Outlaw Chili Cheese Fries (we make our own Texas chili – no beans!), pitchers of cold beer.
